Michelle joins the Grand Africa Safaris team as a Travel Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the industry. She has extensive knowledge of Africa and is extremely passionate about sharing it with agents and clients alike.
Born and bred
Born and raised in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands, near the majestic Drakensberg mountains.
Travel experience
Michelle has been fortunate enough to explore a fair bit of South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia. “Even though I have visited all these countries I would go back to any of them in a heartbeat, and am lucky enough to call one of them home,” she says. “Next on my Africa bucket list is Rwanda.”
Favorite destination in Africa?
Michelle’s favorite destination is Tanzania. “From bucket list travel and witnessing the great migration, to the warmth of the Tanzanian people and the vibrancy of their culture, and even luxurious white sand beaches, Tanzania offers a bit of everything!”
