Born and bred
Bernadette was born in the small mining town of Phalaborwa, bordering the Kruger National Park in South Africa.
Travel experience
While Bernadette may not have traveled much in Africa, she has visited some breathtaking regions in her own home country. Highlights for her are experiencing the Big Five in the bush, stargazing in the Cederberg mountains, and enjoying all the adventures the Mother City has to offer.
Favorite destination in Africa?
Bernadette loves South Africa, but has a few bucket list destinations she’d like to experience like the Okavango Delta, the Serengeti, the Masai Mara, Victoria Falls, Egypt and Namibia… just to name a few!
